The Monday Commute,
When the week is just starting,
The train approaches.
If you lose a shoe,
On London Overground trains,
Then may God help you.
Too drunk to Haiku,
So let me offer you this,
Refridgerator.
Some Cocktails and beer,
This night in Faevela Chic,
Down in Shoreditch Town.
London Underground,
Eight Fifty in the morning,
Packed in like sardines.
Through the blue lit trees,
Sparkling in the chilly wind,
The London Eye gleams.
In the winter's cold,
All you need to keep warm is,
A little hot spice.
On a winter's eve,
In deep, beautiful Surrey,
My week ends in peace.
In a rich man's shoes,
I wonder how it must feel,
Screwing Great Britain.
